I was amazed with Jim's service. Jim was very polite. He took the time to listen and then proceeded to explain his plan for my laptop. He called me in the next 24 hours to let me know my laptop was up and running again. By the time I picked it up, Jim explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. His fee was very reasonable.
