When looking for a place to repair my broken laptop hinge, we saw a listing for AshMor Systems and placed a call. Jim called back, heard the problem, and gave an overview of the steps of action. He picked up the laptop, and followed through exactly as he had explained he would. His quote was right on, and it was reasonable. He was great with explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I'm very pleased with his work and the whole process of getting the laptop fixed.

I called Ashmor Systems because they were listed in an article about the three best computer repair services in Allentown. After speaking with Jim, he picked up my computer at my house and two days later called to tell me what he found and give me an estimate of the repair costs. I agreed and two days later he returned the computer in working order. Jim repaired my computer in short order, and at a reasonable price.
